*This training is for CASA Volunteers and staff only.
*You must have attended TBRI Overview in order to attend this training.

The heart of TBRI is about children from hard places having a trusting and safe relationship with their caregiver. While it is often temporary, the relationship children have with their foster parent or relative while they are in care is the starting point for children to heal from their past abuse and neglect.  As advocates, how do we work best with a child’s caregivers to foster healing? How do we overcome obstacles with foster parents or relatives who may not be trauma-sensitive or have their own issues that make it difficult for them to connect with a  child, and how do we maximize the strengths of any caregiver to promote healing for a foster child? Come to our March TBRI training on Monday, March 19th to learn more!

When: Monday, March 19th from 5:30-8:30pm
Where: CASA Office
