MISSION
The mission of the Young Professional Council is to raise awareness for CASA of Tarrant County through social and charitable opportunities. Membership is open to any young professional between the ages of 21-39 who want to make an impact on the lives of children who have been abused and neglected in our community.
PURPOSE
The CASA Young Professional Council exists as a group of young volunteers who serve as an outreach, networking, and fundraising arm of CASA of Tarrant County.
COMPOSITION AND TERMS
YPC Members are required to make an initial contribution of $100 to CASA of Tarrant County ($50 for active CASA Volunteers), and serve a minimum one-year term. The Young Professional Council meets quarterly, though two sub-committees: Fundraising and Outreach. However, both sub-committees could meet on a more frequent basis as outlined by its respective committee.
PROCESS & QUALIFICATIONS
After submitting the application below, we will contact you to schedule an interview. If approved, you will then need to fill out a background check form. *In order to be a YPC member, you cannot be a current foster parent.
