WFAA Wednesday’s Child: CASA Volunteer Julie

Every child deserves someone who will show up, amplify their voice, and never give up.

CASA volunteer Julie has gone above and beyond in her very first case, advocating for brothers Marcus (7) and Kyle (6). Drawing on her personal experience and knowledge of autism services, Julie has helped connect the boys with critical medical, therapeutic, and permanency resources.

From advocating for a medical review to helping secure ABA services and supporting potential adoptive connections, Julie's commitment is already making a meaningful difference in Marcus and Kyle's lives.

Thank you, Julie, for being the consistent voice these brothers need and deserve. 💙🤍
